The event hall
Tables and chairs are included with your rental, and the serving window connects to the kitchen. Photos show examples of past celebrations. Linens and decorations are not included with the hall rental. The hall has 60-inch round tables that seat 6 each, 8-foot rectangular tables and banquet-style chairs, with flexible layouts.
Decor
Want help bringing your vision to life? Every Event by Butter is located onsite and offers balloons, backdrops and other event add-ons. Decorations are booked separately from the hall rental.

A $180 deposit (half the rental) holds your date, refundable if you cancel at least 90 days before your event.

Tell us about your event and we will get back to you personally to confirm availability and next steps. Rental options: weekdays - all day; weekends - 9 AM - 3 PM or 4 PM - 10 PM.
A request, not a reservation
This form sends us your request - it does not book or confirm anything by itself. Your date is reserved once the rental agreement and deposit are in place, and we confirm every request personally before promising a date.

Friday, November 13, 2026, 7 PM - hosted by The Busy Bee Creative Studio (Suite 4). $60 includes your sign project and painting supplies, a voucher for a glass of wine from Harkins Mill Winery, and a charcuterie cup from Valentino Cheese & Dairy. No painting experience needed.
